Legal Overview

Icletns is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides booking, scheduling, and business management tools to Businesses. Icletns is not a marketplace and does not provide, manage, or perform services offered by Businesses.

Businesses access Icletns through subscription-based plans. Access to certain features may require an active paid subscription.

Different legal documents apply depending on how the Platform is used.

Businesses and Professionals

Salons, beauty businesses, barbers, wellness businesses, fitness professionals, independent service providers, other appointment-based businesses, and their authorised staff use Icletns under the Partner Terms of Service.

The Data Processing Agreement applies when Icletns processes customer booking data on behalf of a business.

End Customers

People using an Icletns-powered booking form are subject to the End Customer Terms.

Any contract for an appointment or other booked service exists solely between the Customer and the Business. Icletns provides booking technology only and is not a party to that contract.

The Business, not Icletns, supplies the booked service and is responsible for prices, staff, availability, service quality, cancellations, refunds, and appointment disputes.

Icletns does not collect, hold, or settle appointment-related Customer payments unless future functionality is expressly introduced under additional written terms.

Privacy and Cookies

The Privacy Notice explains when Icletns acts as a controller and when it acts as a processor, depending on the nature of the data and the services being provided. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
