Subprocessor List

This page identifies third parties that Icletns currently appoints to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Businesses when providing the Platform.

Scope

A Subprocessor is a third party engaged by Icletns to process Customer Personal Data for which a Business is the Controller and Icletns is the Processor.

Providers used only for Icletns's independent controller activities, such as subscription billing, are not necessarily Subprocessors under the Data Processing Agreement.

Current Subprocessors

Amazon Web Services

• Purpose: cloud hosting, database, storage, backup, and transactional communications infrastructure.
• Data: Customer Personal Data stored or transmitted through the Platform and relevant technical metadata.
• Processing location: depends on the production service configuration. International-transfer safeguards apply where required.

Cloudflare

• Purpose: secure file delivery, network security, and related infrastructure where enabled.
• Data: uploaded files, network metadata, and request information required to provide and secure the service.
• Processing location: may involve Cloudflare's international network. International-transfer safeguards apply where required.

Sentry

• Purpose: application diagnostics and error monitoring where enabled.
• Data: diagnostic events, technical metadata, and limited request information required to identify and resolve errors.
• Processing location: may involve processing outside the United Kingdom or EEA. International-transfer safeguards apply where required.

Changes to Subprocessors

Icletns may add or replace Subprocessors as the Platform develops. Businesses will receive reasonable advance notice of a new or replacement Subprocessor where required by the Data Processing Agreement.

A Business may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 30 days of notice. The process and available remedies are described in the Data Processing Agreement.
